Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging.

Perfumes and personal care products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
